3,600 eligible candidates received Invitation to Apply on July 24th, 2019 Express Entry Draw.
Canada’s Express Entry Program is an online immigration program that has three subcategories including the Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trade worker program and Canadian Experience class.
This program is based on candidates Comprehensive Ranking System(CRS) score which is calculated based on the age, education, skilled work experience and language proficiency of the candidate. 
Having a valid job offer from a Canadian employer can increase the CRS score up to 600. To benefit from these 600 extra points, candidates need to have a provincial nomination approval from one of the provinces. So far British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Prince Edward Island has issued most of the Invitation To Applies.
Candidates in Express Entry pool with the highest CRS score will get an Invitation To Apply for Permanent Residency from Immigration Refugee and Citizenship Canada(IRCC)
Today, Canada issued 3,600 Invitations To Apply for the eligible candidate with Comprehensive Ranking System( CRS) scores of 459 and higher.
The previous draw was on July 10th and the minimum score was 460 so the draw today on the 24th of July shows 1 point decrease.
The average number of ITA’s sent through Express Entry program for at least 10 express entry draws was $3,350 ITA’s but the number of ITAs on July 24th reached 3,600.
Including this last draw, IRCC has issued 49,000 Invitation To Apply to eligible candidates in 2019. If this trend continues, Canada will issue more invitation to apply for this year in comparison to 2018.
